Not a fan of peas!

Hanging out with mom, dad and Wrigley on a Friday night

We sat around on Friday night and had a great time watching Charlie and Wrigley interact. Wrigley was very patient with Charlie kicking her in the face and tugging at her fur. But then again, she's always been good with him.

5 Months Old!

A few of Charlie's new changes this month include rolling all over the place both front and back, better vision so he can see further and really focuses on objects, he's starting to follow the sound of noises, cooing up a storm and he's really starting to show emotion and preferences...and NOT afraid to tell me.

Getting dressed in the morning

Charlie's so much fun in the morning, he's so happy and talks a ton. He also makes such funny faces.

Trying to hold the bottle

Charlie's trying to hold his bottle now. Usually I'll let him grab it and see if he can get it in his mouth...he pretty much misses all the time but it's good practice for hand eye coordination...and he looks so cute trying. I'm amused by watching him try.

Mom's Club Christmas Party

We had a nice mom's club Christmas party. Some of Charlie's playgroup buddies were there so they partied it up!

Charlie and Lucas...such little hams:

Charlie loves to sleep on his belly now that he can roll back and forth.

Nice and clean

Fresh out of the bath. He spends a lot of time chewing on his fingers now.

He's just happy

We're so lucky, Charlie is just such a happy little boy. Such a joy in our lives.

Charlie's First Visit with Santa

We visited Bronner's with our playgroup. Santa made a surprise visit but as you can tell, Charlie was not too sure about the whole ordeal.

GP Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony

On Friday, our neighborhood had a Christmas parade and then we went to the Christmas Tree lighting with carolers and hot cocoa. Charlie's friend, Lucas and his mommy and daddy joined us too. It was only in the upper 30's and low 40's but he handled it like a champ!

Bundled up and as cute as could be

Too much to see to focus on a picture

Charlie's first Thanksgiving

Charlie had a great first Thanksgiving. Although he didn't get to enjoy the yummy food, he got some QT with his Grandma Kristina, Grandad, Aunt Allegra, Cousin Nicholas and Uncle Jeff.

First Time Eating Solids (11/22)

Somebody has been such a pig, we had to start him on cereal. He picked it up rather quickly although his initial reaction was priceless. He made quite a mess and really likes to get his hands in there in an attempt to help out...not so helpful really.

Just being cute

A few weeks ago he couldn't stand this thing but I thinks he's growing more fond of it.

4 Months Old!

This month has brought a lot of new discoveries! Charlie has now found his voice and coos all the time. He even talks over me while I'm trying to read him stories. He giggles, rolls from his stomach to his back and is able to pick up objects with his hands and put them in his mouth. He's also become the king of stringy, gooey slobber. yeah rah! Nonetheless, it's been a fun month. Adam and I really are enjoying this awesome little dude.

Charlie LOVES his teddy bear

Let's just call the title of this photo "table manners"

...or lack thereof

Our Trip to Orlando

Adam headed to Orlando for work and Charlie and I headed just for a change in scenery. He did excellent on the plane but was not quite sure what to think about the pool. He much preferred bathing in the shade.

Ok, so dipping the toes isn't so bad...
