6 months old!

Wow how time is flying. Charlie's really starting to take off with his motor skills, he's found his feet (as you can tell by the pictures), grasping for things out of reach, sitting up for 10+ seconds at a time, shaking his rattle although he had the rattle in his hand the other day and was shaking the opposite hand...oh well, he'll figure it out soon enough, bouncing in his bouncy chairs, walking very very slowly in his walker, rolling all over the place. He's even gotten the hang of playing 'peek-a-boo' with a cloth.

We just got back from the Caymans and Charlie really enjoyed the sand and didn't mind the water rushing to his feet, but was not as fond of being in the water.

Just being cute

EVERYTHING goes in the mouth these days

He loves his new walker, although he hasn't quite gotten the hang of the concept

He loves sleeping with his giraffe Kiki got him

Ok so he's only happy 98% of the time but it's still cute even when he cries...

He's found his bottom lip!

He's found his foot!

Christmas Dinner

Christmas dinner with the Betley's.

Kiki, Nico and Charlie...love connection?

Christmas morning

We had a great first Christmas. Although Charlie doesn't get it quite yet, his facial features were priceless...

Already becoming an expert at unwrapping

He's getting excited to see what it is....

OH MOM, IT'S WHAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED. COOL! YOU ARE THE BEST...that's what I think he's thinking here...

Christmas Eve

Charlie was actually a trooper. He stayed up until 9:30 during our family Christmas Eve party, smiles and all. As soon as we got in the car, however, he was out for the count. He thinks wrapping paper tastes good.
